PRIVATE TENNIS LESSONS
Lessons are a great way to fine-tune your skills via specialized instruction. Lessons with two, three, or four friends can be a very motivating and fun way to learn the game of tennis while getting detailed feedback and guidance from an instructor.
The rates below represent what each participating person pays for a one-hour lesson.

Private Lesson Guidelines
Non-members are charged an additional $15 guest fee when attending a lesson.
A lesson can be completed with any available DAC tennis instructor.
The payment must be made in advance with cash, personal check, or credit card.
If you pay with a credit card, a 3% service fee will be added. There are no refunds.
If a lesson is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, the client will be charged for the lesson.

Tennis Court Fees
Our tennis court rate is $20 per court per hour except for the following days/times/dates listed in the table below.

Permanent Court Time:
Interested in always having the same reservation on a weekly basis, either for yourself or a group? Permanent Court Time (PCT) may be your answer! Email Josie at josie@dacfit.org for more information.
Court Reservations
DAC tennis courts can now be reserved online via the free DAC app:
- Members can reserve courts 14 days in advance.
- Only members can reserve courts with the app.
- Non-members can reserve courts the day of the desired reservation.
- Non-members can make reservations over the phone or in-person.
Applicable tennis court fees apply.

You can find and download the free DAC app from the Google Play Store for Android devices or the Apple App Store for iPhones.
Cancellation Fees
If a court reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of the reservation, then the court fees will still be charged to those on the reservation.
Check-In
Players must check in and pay at the front desk before proceeding to the courts. Court fees are due before the reservation begins.
Late Fees
If court fees are not paid prior to the court reservation start time, then a $10 late fee will be applied, and DAC facility access will be suspended until the balance is paid.

Free Evaluation
Want to start playing tennis but do not know where to start? Try a free evaluation with one of our tennis pros. A pro will assess your game, assign a rating, and suggest appropriate lesson programs. These evaluations are perfect for novice players. Non-members must still purchase a $15 guest pass the day of the free evaluation. For more information, please contact Rob at rob@dacfit.org.
Tournaments
DAC hosts a wide range of tournaments for adults and juniors. Please check the monthly newsletter and DAC Facebook page for these events. Some tournaments require a USTA membership.

We were proud to send a group from the DAC to the 2024 USTA League National Championships located at Surprise Tennis and Racquet Complex in Surprise, Arizona. They secured 6th place in the USTA National Mixed Doubles 18 and over 8.0 NTRP Division.
