Training with a fitness coach is a great way to learn how to develop a routine that sets you up for success. Training with partners under the supervision of a fitness coach - called Semi-Private Training - can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of your time in the gym. This is ideal for good friends, couples, and high school athletes.

PERSONAL TRAINING GUIDELINES

Non-members do not need a visitor or guest pass when only attending a training session.

Sessions must be completed within the specified time frame and can be completed with any available DAC fitness coach.

Sessions must be paid in advance and there are no refunds.
