Level 2 (3-5 years old)

The objective of Level 2 is to give swimmers success with fundamental skills. Swimmers must be comfortable in the water and have completed Level 1. Your child will learn to go underwater, glide on front and back, and front crawl.

Level 3 (Beginner)

The Decatur Athletic Club Triathlon

Swim team members can also compete in triathlons – an event that combines swimming, cycling, and running. Athletes are trained properly so they have a positive experience. Triathlons help a young athlete not only develop physically but also mentally. To learn more, please contact DAC at info@dacfit.org.
