- Permanent court time (PCT) allows a person or group of people to secure court time for an extended period well in advance of the standard reservation time frame.
- PCT cannot be reserved during the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day. We are keeping those weeks open for possible DAC special events. If your regular PCT time slot is still available during one of those weeks, you may reserve up to seven days in advance and pay separately for that week since it will not be included in your initial PCT payment.
- There is no guarantee that a PCT request will be granted if space is not available. Requests will be considered on a “first come, first served” basis.
- The total fee will be determined by the status of the “captain”. If the captain has a COURT PLUS, Tennis Ticket, or Pickleball Passport, then the discounted rate will be applied.
- If the request is approved, the “captain” will be notified, and the full payment must be submitted by the 20th of the month prior to the first month of the respective PCT period.

- December 20th for the January through May period
- May 20th for the June through August period
- The payment can be made with a personal check. If multiple checks are being submitted to cover one payment, then those checks should be submitted together at the same time. If a player would like their portion of the PCT fees charged to their respective club account, please fill in the circle next to the person’s name.
- If there are any issues with the complete payment collection, the reserved court will be opened to others. If still wanting PCT after the payment deadline and if available, add a $200 late fee per tennis court or $100 late fee per pickleball court.
- PCT can only be reserved on weekdays. Saturdays and Sundays have a variety of activities including tournaments and league matches that may require all the courts. If wanting to reserve a weekend time and willing to be flexible with changing times and days due to potential conflicts, then DAC management will consider the request.
