Program Outline

Rise to the Top Summer Sports Enhancement Program

This special eight-week program is designed for dedicated middle and high school athletes focusing on core athletic optimization: maximizing power, velocity, and agility for peak on-field and/or on-court performance.

Guided by experienced trainers, athletes will be assessed at the beginning of the program so goals can be set. Testing will be done throughout, so the athletes can see their improvement in the core fitness domains – speed, flexibility, and strength.

Pre-Program Introduction:

Schedule week of May 30


This is a 30-minute one-on-one session with one of the lead trainers. This includes the athlete getting a FIT 3D scan, so accurate measurements can be taken.

Initial Assessment:


During the first week, athletes will go through an initial assessment which includes movement analysis and baseline testing.

First 4 Weeks: Foundation Building Phase

Begins Monday, June 3rd


Monday: Agility & Speed Training

Tuesday: Recovery & Regeneration

Wednesday: Endurance & Conditioning

Thursday: Recovery & Regeneration

Friday: Strength & Power Development

Mid-Program Assessment:


During the fourth week, athletes will go through a mid-program assessment to measure progress.

Second 4 Weeks: Advanced Performance Phase

Begins Monday, July 8th


Monday: High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

Tuesday: Recovery & Regeneration

Wednesday: Endurance & Conditioning Challenge

Thursday: Recovery & Regeneration

Friday: Unconventional Strength & Power Development

Post-Program Assessment:


During the final week, athletes will complete final assessments to measure overall improvement. Trainers will provide personalized feedback and guidance for continued athletic development. More importantly, the groups will celebrate the completion of the program and their accomplishments!

Registration:


The fee for eight weeks is $700. If an athlete can only participate in one four-week period, the fee is $400. Registration and payment are due by the first day of the program. If you have any questions, please contact DAC at info@dacfit.org or call 217-423-7020.
