Splash Cardio : A high intensity, shallow water workout that will get your heart pumping as you tone, burn calories, and have fun. ABCFT 60 Minutes Instructors: Cynda Roberson, Jennifer Hahn, Linda Klemn, Lacey Willfong, Stephanie Kelly DAC POOL

BootCamp splash: Stations are set up to provide intervals of cardio and strength moves. Class goes by fast and is a great workout. ABCFT – DAC POOL

Tabata Splash: Based on the Tabata concept of short burst of high energy with recovery times producing a high caloric burn. ABCFT -DAC POOL

All classes listed above are walk in classes. You do not need to reserve your spot or sign up to attend.
