DAC Club Account
What is a DAC Club Account?
The Decatur Athletic Club Account makes it easy for you to obtain products and services without having to pay for them immediately. Here are a few examples.
- Drinks & Snacks
- Apparel
- Class Pass
- Visitor Pass
- Guest Pass
- KidZone
- Court Fees
- Permanent Court Time
- Personal Training
- Semi-Private Training
- Small Group Training
- Adult & Youth Programs
On the first day of every month, you will be billed for products and services purchased during the previous month with one simple payment.
How Does it Work?
- Most members already have recurring billing set-up for monthly membership dues. The club account is automatically connected to the same payment method, so club charges will be added to your monthly statement.
- When wanting to charge something to your club account, simply fill out and sign a club account card at the front desk.
- If the balance is not paid in full within the first ten days of the month, then the club account will be suspended for a minimum of 30 days. Once the balance is paid and the suspension period is completed, you may re-open the club account with a $100 credit applied to the account.
- If the club account is set up with ACH, then there is no additional fee.
- If the club account is set up with a credit card, there will be a 3% service fee.
- Minors cannot charge to a club account without written parent approval.
- Only members and those that have the Tennis Ticket or Pickleball Passport can have a club account.
If you have an updated payment method on file at DAC and are in good standing, you can charge to your club account.
