Your workout routines are as unique as you are. The training staff is here to help you learn more about fitness and health. Let us guide you to finding a safe workout that will help you achieve the results you want. Each new member will be oriented by a personal trainer and receive free personal training sessions. Please make appointments in advance. Don’t be afraid to ask. After your initial orientation, new programs, advice, and work out tips will be provided as needed. Questions are welcomed and encouraged.

Personal training is a great way to get expert advice, keep your workout simple, receive extra motivation and stay consistent. Each new member will receive an initial period of personal training to help familiarize them with the fitness center for free. After this initial period, training fee will be applied. Most personal training clients have a designated time slot. Cancellations require a 24 hour notice. Change is the key! New programs are available for all members as a courtesy. Just make an appointment at the fitness desk.

Also know as Group Training classes, these classes are designed to assist you in getting acquainted with the fitness center. They are a fun way to work out with a friend, make new friends, and get a new workout routine. Group circuit classes include: strength training, cardiovascular exercise, or a combination of both.

Suspension training (which you might know as TRX) is an effective way to work out your whole body, build strength, and get your heart beating, using just your own bodyweight.  It is suitable for all levels, versatile, improves cardio and strength, engages the whole body, and is low impact.  And the best part is, it’s different.
